You’ll receive simple nutrition guidance tailored to your goals—no crash diets, just balanced meals and portion tips to help you fuel your progress.
Is this for beginners or advanced lifters?
Both. The program is built around your fitness level. Whether you're brand new or looking to break a plateau, Milton will customize your plan to meet you where you are.
How does coaching work?
You’ll check in weekly with Milton and have direct messaging access for questions, support, and adjustments as you go.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes! It’s a one-time payment of $150 for the full 6-week program. No hidden fees, no subscriptions.
